Adebayo Paul Adejola is a Professor of Accounting & Finance at Nasarawa State University, Keffi-Nigeria. Dr. Lambe Isaac is a multi-disciplinary Scholar and a thorough-bred Professional, who currently serves as the Head, Department of Accounting, Bingham University, Karu, Nasarawa State. Prior to joining Bingham University, he had worked as an auditor at KPMG (Chartered Accountants), Midsnel Group International (Chartered Accountants), all in Kaduna and also served as the Chief Accountant at the Abuja Corporate Head office of ASCA Bitumen, where he was responsible for overseeing the Accounts department of five other subsidiaries.

He holds a BSc degree in Accounting, an MBA in Finance, an M.Sc in Accounting and Finance and a PhD in Accounting and Finance. As a Chartered and Certified National Accountant, he is a member of some foremost Professional bodies including; the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), the Association of National Accountants of Nigeria (ANAN), the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified System Accountants, USA (FCCSA) and the Certified Institute of Business Entrepreneurs, USA (FCBE). He is equally a Chartered Portfolio Manager (APMI), and a member of the Nigerian Accounting Association (NAA).

Dr Lambe also sits on the Editorial Board of the Journal of Accounting, Finance and Development (JAFID), a referred Journal outfit in collaboration with the Institute of Development, Finance and Project Management (IDFPM), and currently serves as the Editor-In-Chief of the Bingham International Journal of Accounting and Finance (BIJAF). Dr Lambe is the Programme Coordinator for ACCSA Global and currently serves as a member of the International Relations Committee of ANAN.

He is also a Member of the International Financial Reporting (UK) Country Working Group for Non-Profit Organizations (IFR4NPO Project). The IFR4NPO Country Working Group is a group of high-level professionals representing key stakeholders across the globe, focused on projects that serve as an initiative to develop International Financial Reporting guidance for non-profit organizations.

Aside sufficient industry exposure, Dr Lambe is distinguished in the field of academics and research. He has authored/co-authored over 51 articles in referred local and International Journals and has published about 8 books covering his area of interest among which are Corporate Reporting, Strategic Financial Management, Accounting and Management information system, as well as Entrepreneurial Development. He is endowed with ability to successfully formulate and implement strategic initiatives, strong quantitative, analytical and problem solving skills. Result-oriented; with a proven ability to stimulate others, high energy, and hand-on professional with strong organizational and planning skills, and a competent team player.

Dr Lambe is happily married and blessed with Children.

Dr Friday Wada is a Financial Management analyst with over twenty years’ experience in Public Accounting, Auditing, Forensic Accounting and Budgeting. Dr Wada has previously worked as a Zonal Accountant and Chief Internal Auditor with the Nigerian Tourism Development Corporation. He was also a pool accountant in the Office of the Accountant General of the Federation. While in government service, Dr Wada served as a consulting accountant to the Ministerial panel of inquiry into the Nigeria Hotels board (1999-2000). Dr Wada has also made a debut with the Integrated Public Sector Accounting Information Systems while working with the Louisiana State University Health Sciences in Baton Rouge, USA. In the last ten years, Dr Wada has been involved in Management Consulting Services across the Atlantic for corporate executives, financial managers, policy makers and Administrators. Dr Wada’s research interest is in the area of Forensic Accounting and Financial Cyber Crime. His work has been published in International journals and has made scholarly presentations at conferences. He is a recipient of the US IGERT/NSF Fellowship award. He is the President, Trans-Atlantic Management Consultants. His academic and research engagements in Nigeria has taken him to Federal University Wukari, Taraba State where he worked as a senior lecturer in Accounting. He also worked as the Director, Centre for Financial and Accounting Research (CEFAR) at the Nigerian college of Accountancy Jos Plateau State. He moved thereafter to Nasarawa State University as a senior lecturer in Accounting and Director, Institute of Governance and Development Studies of the University. Dr Wada is also the principal partner of F.Josiah Wada & Co. (Accounting firm) serving private and public company clients either as accounting consultants or external auditors. The firm’s services include: Setting up accounting systems for start-up clients, accounting manual preparation, financial statements preparation, financial planning, auditing, Payroll, Cash Management, Budgeting, corporate income tax returns, risk assessment and expatriate quota processing. Dr Wada is also a registered agent with the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria. He was until recently the Senior Auditor, Southeastern Louisiana University Hammond, Louisiana and currently a visiting professor, Barney School of Business University of Hartford Connecticut, United States.

Qualification: Friday Wada has a Ph.D in Public policy ( Finance) and a Master’s degree in Business administration (MBA) from Southern University and A &M College Baton Rouge, LA USA. He also holds a Master of Science degree in Accounting & Finance from De Montfort University Leicester, United Kingdom; Bachelor of Science Degree and Diploma in Accounting from the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. He is a member of the Association of National Accountants of Nigeria, the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, the Certified Public Accountants Association UK, the Institute of Certified Forensic Accountant Canada and a Project Management Professional (PMP).

KINGSLEY O. OJUOLA, B.Sc., MSc, FCCSA (United States)

Ojuola Kingsley holds his Bachelors and Masters degree in Accounting, and he is a Fellow member of Association of Chartered Certified System Accountants (ACCSA) Global, United States. He has over 11 years of consultancy and practical experience in Computer appreciation, System analysis, Human resources & Project management, and in the management of accounting systems using electronic accounting/auditing software packages alongside a strong interest in Leadership management and Accounting Information Technology (AIT) development. He has been involved in various innovative and transformational projects in system design, personnel training, research, academic publication series and lecturing.

He is a certified member of Chicago Institute of Business, and has earned a certificate in Entrepreneurship Studies from Shaw Academy, Ireland, with certifications in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS). He has an aptitude in Performance Management and Measurement, Balanced Scorecard framework implementation, and have assisted in ranges of performance improvement training, implementation, strategy, and process re-engineering consulting working with business/segment owners to identify key business issues and develop solutions using the Balanced Scorecard framework mostly for clients in the public sector of which include Nigerian Deposit Insurance Corporation (NDIC) and State House, Aso Rock.

He is a resource person to the Association of National Accountants of Nigeria (ANAN), and Association of Chartered Certified System Accountants (ACCSA) Global, United States.

He is the Managing Consultant of CILABUS Consulting, an innovative firm formed for creativity in leadership, accounting, business and strategy development; and he is also a System Analyst and Programme Coordinator for ACCSA Global.

Kingsley is a Christian, an Author, a Writer, a Thinker; married and blessed with children.

Abosede Famuyiwa is a certified professional in the field of accounting, with a strong background in auditing and investigation. With over 14 years of valuable working experience, she has been able to bring definite improvements to corporate organizations and top government parastatals through dynamic positions held in these establishments.

She currently holds the post of Assistant Chief Accountant at the Legal Aid Council of Nigeria. She is an Associate Chartered Accountant, a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified System Accountants (ACCSA) Global, USA as well as a Professional Member of International Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA).

A natural leader, with proven ability as a relationship builder, strategic planner and an astute auditor.

She is also a public speaker who has presented papers at professional and corporate platforms both locally and internationally.

Emmanuel Simon is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse skill set and a remarkable track record in the field of technology and blockchain. He holds the prestigious title of Certified Blockchain Expert (CBE), a certification awarded by the esteemed Blockchain Council India. In addition, he is recognized as a Certified Bitcoin Professional (CBP), having received this certification from the distinguished C4 Consortium. Emmanuel also boasts an extensive background as a Computer Network Administrator and Programmer/Webmaster, amassing numerous years of expertise in open-source technologies. His proficiency extends further as a Data Analyst, as well as an Artificial and Business Intelligence Consultant.

Emmanuel’s contributions to the field of literature are equally impressive. He is an accomplished author who has penned two authoritative works within the blockchain domain. These publications include:
